The sad truth is that there is nothing special about my silver coins. They are pure silver, 99.9% pure in fact. This makes them purer than fine gold (fine gold is not as pure because the metal is softer than silver). They are stamped and not cast which makes them reasonably attractive I suppose. I initially conceived of them as a marketing tool for my Koi business - if you spend X with me buying Koi you get a free valuable silver coin, collectable, and yes complete with a Koi stamped on it!

But it's when you handle them that I find them VERY attractive. You see I know that the price of silver per ounce is on a long term upward trend and my best guess is that it will trend upwards faster than gold by a long way.
